Our unique workshop offering includes expertise and guidance from three experienced facilitators with backgrounds in psychology coaching, creative arts and yoga
Maureen is a Coaching Psychologist, Coach Educator and Wellbeing Consultant. She is also a PhD researcher in Organisational Health and Wellbeing. She has a particular interest in the role of the creative arts and coaching in enhancing workplace health and wellbeing. Her substantial experience as an educator and as an organisational leader informs her practical knowledge of the potential joys and challenges of working life and the need to keep staff wellbeing at the forefront of effective organisational strategy.
Jane Carlisle Bellerby
Jane is a mixed media artist and experienced art class leader, working for community arts organisations across the North of England. Her teaching goals are to introduce people to a broad range of art techniques and media (easily accessible at home for future art-making), improve creative confidence whilst also encouraging people to view art-making as a tool for nurturing personal wellbeing and companionship.
Jane’s sessions are designed to accommodate all types of learners in a friendly and supportive space.
Kayla is a Dru Yoga teacher as well as a certified Breath Coach. She loves offering safe and accessible yoga suitable to all levels, abilities and body types. As a certified Breath Coach, she is passionate about the transformative power of intentional breathing and its benefits to physical and mental wellbeing. Off the mat, Kayla is an author and teaches creative writing classes in Yorkshire and is currently pursuing an MA in Creative Writing. It's one of her joys to bring together the calming benefits of yoga with the mindful act of creative writing.
