Booking Terms and Conditions

Class Guidelines


Please aim to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the class. Doors are locked 5 minutes before the start of every class to ensure we can begin promptly.

For health and safety reasons, we ask that you bring your own yoga mat and equipment. If this is your first yoga class and you’d like to try it out before committing to purchasing a mat we may be able to provide you with one – please contact us after you’ve booked by emailing us on kayla[at]yewyoga.org.


We recommend you wear loose and comfortable clothing you can stretch in, bring a water bottle to keep hydrated and a blanket with you for the relaxation. As well as a yoga mat, you may wish to invest in some useful yoga props like blocks and a strap.

Bookings and Payment


All bookings are made via our online booking system. Payment must be made in advance of every class and a health form must be completed at the time of your booking. You only need to complete the health form on your first booking, or if your circumstances have changed. 

Single class passes are available as a pay as you go option, payment must be made in advance of the class to secure your booking.


Thursday evening and Sunday morning class passes offer an option to sign up to multiple classes at one time. Signing up to these passes means booking onto the entire class series listed on the booking. Please ensure you're available to attend all classes listed in the series as cancellations are only possible before the start of the first class in the series. If you require a more flexible option please consider purchasing a multi-class pass instead.

Multi-class passes are available to purchase and can be used to book three or six Thursday and/or Sunday classes. Three class passes must be redeemed within one month from purchase and six class passes must be redeemed within two months from purchase.


Cancellations


If you can no longer attend a class you have booked, please note the following:

For single class passes: You can cancel for a full refund or choose an alternative date up to 24 hours in advance of the class. You can cancel or amend your booking by logging into your account or by emailing us on kayla[at]yewyoga.org. 


For Sunday and Thursday class passes: When you purchase a Sunday or Thursday pass you are booking onto the entire series of classes listed in the booking. If you're unable to attend any or some of the classes, you can cancel the pass for a full refund up to 24 hours in advance of the first class in the series. Refunds and cancellations are not available after the start of the first class in the series. If you require a more flexible option please consider purchasing a multi-class pass instead. You can cancel or amend your booking by logging into your account or by emailing us on kayla[at]yewyoga.org. 
 

For multi-class passes: If your circumstances change and you're no longer able to use your class pass, you may cancel your class pass for a full refund up to 24 hours in advance of your first booked class. For passes partially redeemed you may be able to receive an extension to use the remainder of your pass, to be determined on a case by case basis. Please contact us on kayla[at]yewyoga.org to request an extension for your multi-class pass.


If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or if you've booked a series of classes (ie. Sunday and Thursday class passes) that have already started then a refund, credit or rescheduling is not possible.


Yew Yoga reserves the right to change or amend its booking and cancellations policy at any time and without prior notice. Students are advised to check back regularly for any updates.
