In three, one-hour yoga classes throughout December we’ll explore gentle flowing sequences that will give your body a good all around stretch and practice postures to boost your energy. Suitable for all abilities. ***Please ensure you're available to attend all classes listed in this series as cancellations are only possible before the start of the first class in the series.
